Ezbet Hanna is the very first village in which Lakepointe began working. It is a village of about 10,000 people with about 35% of Evangelical Christians. Because of the length of the partnership with Ezbet Hanna and Healing Grace, the village benefits from clean water, a strong AWANA ministry, regular food distributions and medical outreach clinics. Although many of the services provided here, the poverty impact is significant with more than 80% of the villagers living at or below the Egyptian poverty level. The income range, when work is available, is between $2-30USD.
